Refund Policy

DELIVERY

Your online order will be delivered to your home by DHL parcel service according to the schedule below, provided that your order is in stock at the time of ordering and there is no public holiday on the order and/or delivery day:

  • Ordered on a working day before 22:00? Your order will be delivered within 1 working days.
  • Orders during the weekend are processed on Monday and have a delivery time of 1 to 2 working days.
  • The delivery time to Belgium is 2 to 3 working days.

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, there are the following options:

  • It is often possible to choose a different delivery time before the delivery attempt.
  • In the event of a failed delivery attempt, the delivery person will deliver your package to the neighbors. If this is not possible, the delivery person will leave a card with you. It states where you can pick up your package. You can also find this information via Track & Trace. DHL will store your package for 5 days at a DHL location nearby. Then they send it back to us.

RETURN

You may return or cancel an order from our webshop within 14 days of receipt without any reason. Make sure that the products are unused as far as possible and in the original packaging. If the product is incomplete or damaged, we may refuse the return. If you want to return the products based on the 14-day cooling-off period (without the product being defective), the shipping costs of the return are for your account.

 

As soon as possible, at the latest within 14 days after cancellation, we will refund all costs paid. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. If there is an incorrectly sent product, a defective product on delivery or transport damage, ecotivity will bear the shipping costs of the return.
